With her experience in virtually every aspect of the advertising and broadcasting industry, Cindy offers a multi-tiered insight into positioning, media negotiation and placement, creative concepts, media coverage, and marketing strategies.

Cindy believes in making communities stronger by supporting efforts to improve public education, healthcare, and environment initiatives as well as the arts, all of which enrich any community.

  •  Cindy is a huge sports fan following the New Orleans Saints & Pelicans, Baltimore Orioles, VCU Rams basketball, UVA football, and now, Troy University, where her youngest just recently played football and baseball. Cindy also enjoys following the career of her oldest son, Killroy G, a poet and rapper.

education background

  • As a mass communications graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Cindy Creasy has enjoyed an extensive career in TV and radio and with national ad agencies in Houston and New Orleans, before founding Creasy Woolfolk Concepts in 1994. 

Professional Experience

  • Cindy specializes in public relations, advertising, and community engagement on behalf of clients, including Broadway In Richmond, R J Tilley Plumbing & Remodeling, Cadance, and BizWorks. In addition, Creasy Woolfolk Concepts also is available for special projects and consulting endeavors. In the past, Cindy has served as an adjunct professor at VCU’s Richard T. Robertson School of Media and Culture where she taught Sports and Entertainment Public Relations and PR Agency.
